The application enables its users to create and manage professional communities, and within each community to create a topic or a case to be discussed among the invited professionals. Each topic or case can be accompanied by a form to be filled prior its creation.

Once a case is open for discussion, professionals participating to the related community can discuss, exchange documents, photos and videos and come together to a decision around the discussed topic or case.

Secure access to the community is given and managed by its owner or the moderators he has designated. Professionals can create or join multiple communities. Information and discussions about a topic or a case can be either deleted within a day or more, or securely stored on user-selected servers located in different continents, countries and under different type of regulations such as for example the ones for healthcare data.

DecidePro aims at providing a communication tool for professionals to discuss and share information around a topic of interest in a secure environment with the ability to abide to their work regulations.
